What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit heliogrid marketing pages, use the configurator, book a conversation, or sign in to a HelioGrid workspace. It does not replace a customer contract or data processing addendum for a live deployment. Use of the service is also covered by the Terms of service.

Data we collect

• Account and workspace data. Name, work email, role, tenant, and authentication records when you sign in.
• Project enquiries. Details you enter in the configurator or a booking form, such as site type and contact information.
• Operational data. In a customer workspace this can include site telemetry, work orders, and settlement records that the customer instructs us to process.
• Technical data. IP address, browser, device, and pages viewed, plus the cookies described in the Cookie policy.

How we use it

• Operate and secure the site and signed-in workspaces.
• Respond to sales and support requests.
• Fulfil a customer contract, including hosting and settlement.
• Measure site use when you allow analytics cookies.
• Meet legal, security, and audit duties.

Legal bases

Depending on the activity we rely on: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (securing the service, answering a business enquiry, improving the product), consent (optional cookies), or a legal obligation.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it with processors who host infrastructure, email, or booking tools, and only as needed to run HelioGrid. We may disclose data if the law requires it or to protect the service. Customer workspace data stays under that customer's instructions.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up. Account and workspace data last for the life of the contract, then for a limited archive period required for audit or law. Cookie choices are stored for up to 12 months.

Your rights

Subject to local law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. To make a request, use the contact link above.

International transfers

Shichifukutekx is based in the UAE. If we move data to another country we use a lawful transfer method and keep the same security standard.

Children

HelioGrid is a business product. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you have read the new version.
