Terms of service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the HelioGrid marketing site, the deployment configurator, and any HelioGrid workspace you are invited to. HelioGrid is a product of Shichifukutekx. A signed customer contract, order, or data processing addendum controls if it conflicts with this page.

The service

HelioGrid is a multi-tenant DERMS and virtual power plant for commercial and industrial solar. Marketing pages describe the product. A live workspace is provided only after we stand up a tenant for you. There is no self-serve checkout.

Accounts

You must use a work email you are authorised to use. Keep credentials confidential. Operators, platform administrators, and members only see the surfaces their role allows. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not probe, scrape, or overload the service except as we agree in writing.
• Do not attempt to read another tenant's sites, members, or ledger.
• Do not upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.
• Support attachments must be images or PDF and are scanned before storage.

Customer data

Telemetry, work orders, settlements, and member records in a workspace belong to that customer. We process them to run HelioGrid and as the customer instructs. See the Privacy policy for personal data.

Settlements and the ledger

Hourly credits are computed from the generation, consumption, and share coefficients the customer supplies. Hashes on the audit ledger show whether a posted hour was altered. They are not a guarantee of a specific financial outcome or a regulated utility tariff.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and workspaces available. Planned maintenance, edge-gateway outages, and third-party networks can interrupt service. Any uptime or response commitment lives in the customer contract, not on this page.

Liability

The public site and configurator are provided as-is for evaluation. To the extent local law allows, Shichifukutekx is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of the marketing site. Paid workspace liability is set in the customer contract.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
